Greens now available for use – but conditions apply.

Limited use has now been approved by the Public Health and Sport and Rec and Bowls Tas.

Only 10 persons at any one time, which includes the volunteer/organiser.  Four players to a rink, two at each end and social distancing rules apply.  Players will need to book in advance by phoning John Castles on 0419 105 771.

The time limit will be a one hour duration and fifteen minutes between booking times to enable changeover.

Players must not share pickup sticks or measures and hand sanitisers will be available.  Mats and jacks will be sterilised after each booking and will be placed on the rinks prior to play.  Only one person on each end of the rink should be placing the mat and the jack – no rollup of jack.

The Club realises that this isn’t an ideal situation but it is the best that we can do under the circumstances.  The precautions that we are taking are to keep people safe and also to comply with official instructions.

Come along, have some social interaction, fresh air and exercise as well as enjoy some bowls!
